/proc/<pid>/cmdline provides more information for us as a way of detecting requirement of dGPU rendering. Add a path to read that file and compare with white lists. Also read white list from file system to allow adding items to the list without rebuilding binary. Signed-off-by: Weifeng Liu <weifeng.liu@intel.com>
